JVZoo now allows customers to review and rate products that they purchase.
To review a product that you purchased, simply log in to your Customer Portal or click here.
You may review any product that you have purchased by locating the product under My Purchases and selecting “View Details.”
At the top of the page, you will find the product information area. Here you can rate the product according to your experience, anywhere from 1 - 5 stars, with 5 being the best. Simply hover over the stars and they will turn yellow.
Once you have selected your star rating a modal will appear where you can provide more feedback to the seller in regards to your rating as shown here:
The questions that appear in your customer survey will vary depending on the rating that you choose. Once you have completed the survey, click the "Submit" button. Your rating and survey will be shared with the seller and JVZoo.
You can update your product rating, but it cannot be changed after they are refunded or a subscription is canceled.
