If you have opened a dispute this sends a status back to JVZoo that states a dispute has been opened. When you open a dispute, access to your purchase is blocked while the funds are on hold by PayPal. Once PayPal makes a decision on the dispute, you will either be refunded or if you do not receive the funds back then you will once again have access to the product.
Once a dispute has been opened all communication should be through the dispute process. Please keep in mind that it is never recommended to close a dispute if you aren’t absolutely certain that the seller will refund you as a dispute cannot be reopened. Once a dispute is opened you will need work through this via the PayPal resolution center.
