As a customer you now have the ability to cancel a subscription from within your JVZoo Customer account.
To cancel a subscription go to My Purchases and click on the Subscription Plans tab as shown here:
Here you will find all your subscriptions that you have purchased through JVZoo. Locate the active subscription that you want to cancel and click View Details:
Scroll down to the Subscription Information section and click the “Cancel Subscription” button as shown here:
Once you have clicked the button to cancel your subscription a modal will appear for you to provide feedback on the product. You must rate the product and complete the survey in order to cancel your subscription.
After you have answered all the questions and provided feedback, click the "Cancel Subscription" button and your subscription will be canceled.
