JVZoo now offers Sellers a feature that they can enable where customers can contact them directly in their JVZoo account. If the seller has enabled this feature on their account, when you purchase their product you will see a “Need Help” button when you view the details for the product as shown here:
Simply click the button and you will be taken to the new messaging center where a new conversation has been started. You will see that the seller’s name and your Transaction Id have already been added to the message. You will need to enter a Conversation Title (Subject) and your message to the seller then click the orange “Create Conversation” button and it will be sent to the seller.
When the seller responds to your message you will receive a notification in your account as shown here:
Click the notification and it will expand to show you which seller you received a response from.
Clicking on the notification will take you to the Message Center where you can view the message from the seller and reply to them. You can also navigate to the Message Center by clicking on the envelope icon at the top right of your screen.
Once in the Message Center, you will be able to view messages from the seller by clicking on the message. To respond to the seller, click the "Reply" button.
If needed, you may escalate a message/ticket to JVZoo by simply clicking the "JVZoo Support" button. Doing this will open a support ticket with JVZoo’s support desk and allow JVZoo to see the contents of the message thread and take any necessary additional actions that may be required.
