How to Configure PayCafe

JVZoo now integrates with PayCafe, a high-risk tolerant payment processor designed by Internet Marketers for Internet Marketers.  PayCafe is like a merchant account, however their fees are 3.9% and PayCafe is listed as the Merchant of Record.  PayCafe is the same as applying for a merchant account, therefore the vetting process is longer, as you don’t simply enter your email address and attach a bank account and go. They have to run a credit check and do a full KYC (know your customer) to prevent money laundering scenarios (this is a good thing, as processors like PayPal do not do this vetting ahead of time and if there are any red flags, even those their own platform creates, they may ban your account at anytime for any reason.)

PayCafe understands the industry and JVZoo users. They are putting their main merchant account on the line for JVZoo users and will communicate with you to fix any issues rather than simply closing your account.

In addition, when using PayCafe as your payment processor all affiliate commissions are sent to JVZooPay.

Currently, PayCafe is only available to the US and CA and to anyone who has a bonafide business registered in the United States. PLEASE NOTE: If you are currently not a US citizen, but applying under your USA registered business, the review process will take longer than the average 24-48 hours. This is normal.

To connect your PayCafe account, go to My Account > Payment Profiles or click here. Click the “Select” button under Seller.

Next click “Setup PayCafe.”

Fill out the 3 fields and click the green “Link Account” button.  If you do not already have an account, follow the directions listed on the page to complete the application.  If you already have a PayCafe account, simply enter your information in the 3 fields and click the orange “Link Account” button.

Once your account is activated, you will see it listed with the message Active as shown below.  You can connect as many accounts as you would like, but will need to select which one is the default account where payments will be collected.

After you have your PayCafe account active and connected, you can select this payment processor in your Product Editor. You can also enable it on all your products by clicking the “Use for all Products” button as shown here:

In addition, you will need to enable JVZooPay at either an account level or product level to ensure that all commissions go to the affiliate’s JVZooPay account.  You can read more about that here.

If you wish to remove your PayCafe account, simply click the Disable button.
