How can we help?

Will I Receive a Tax Statement At the End of the Year?

If you wish to utilize JVZooPay, you are required to complete the necessary tax form.  You will receive the appropriate tax form for the previous calendar year. The tax form you receive is based on your account setting as a US Affiliate or an International Affiliate.

Tax Forms for US Affiliates

JVZoo is required to report your annual earnings to the IRS once you receive $600 in commissions.  If you have a Social Security Number or an Employer Identification Number and received payments from JVZooPay, meeting or exceeding the above threshold, during the previous calendar year, you will automatically receive a 1099 form.  The 1099 form will contain all the legal information you are required to report to the IRS for your JVZooPay earnings. These forms will be available for download under My Account within your JVZoo account.

If the total amount of payments you received from JVZooPay during the previous calendar year does not meet the above threshold, a 1099 will not be sent to you, as we are not required to report this to the IRS.

Tax Forms for International Affiliates

JVZoo is required to supply a 1042-S tax form to International Affiliates.  The 1042-S form is an informational form detailing any monetary amounts given to a person who does not have a US Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number.  These forms will be available for download under My Account within your JVZoo account.
