If stats don’t appear to be reporting correctly using the following checklist to determine what may be causing a potential discrepancy:
- View the buy button and tracking pixel code on your sales page. Ensure the Product ID number is the same as listed on the Sellers Dashboard and that the tracking pixel is included. To learn more about the tracking pixel read the following article here.
- When using the Split Test feature ensure the correct button and tracking pixel is on all sales pages including in the split test.
- Check the launch date and time in the product editor. Stats will not be reported until the launch date and time that is listed. Stats will not be reported for any clicks or sales before the date and time that is listed in the editor. Presell stats are not included.
- If using the Pre-launch option ensure that the option to “automatically send traffic to the sales page after launch date” is selected. To learn more about the Pre-launch option read the following article here.
