JVZoo now integrates directly with Infusionsoft. If your business utilizes Infusionsoft, now you can have your customer and order information immediately pushed into your Infusionsoft CRM after a completed JVZoo purchase.
Currently JVZoo passes information when a product is sold or a product is refunded.
Once a customer completes their purchase through JVZoo, the data will automatically be synced with your Infusionsoft account. JVZoo will check to see if the customer already exists in your CRM, if the contact exists the current record will be updated. If the customer does not exist, a new record will be created. Next, a new order will be created along with the customer’s payment information.
