As a Seller and an Affiliate on JVZoo, if you have customers that are citizens of the European Union (EU), you are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR grants customers a list of rights which Sellers must comply with. Those rights and how you must comply are as follows:

Right of Erasure | Sellers can search for and delete all personal data of their customers | If a customer reaches out to you and requests that their personal data be deleted, you must comply. |
Right to Restrict Processing | Customers can “lock” their personal data and restrict processing of their personal data | JVZoo has provided customers with a way to lock their personal data on their own at any time. |
Right to Data Portability | Customers can export their personal data | JVZoo has provided customers with a way to download their personal data on their own at any time. |
Right to Be Informed | Users will be notified if there are any security breaches affecting their personal data | JVZoo will notify its users if there is a security breach. |
As a Seller, if an EU customer reaches out to you and requests in writing and requests one of the above rights, you have thirty (30) days from the date you received the request to comply.
