How to Set Up A Physical Product

JVZoo now allows Sellers to list physical products for sale on the platform.  To add a physical product simply go to the Sellers Tab and click on Seller’s Dashboard.  In the Seller’s Dashboard you will then click on the yellow Add A Product button.

Complete all the information under the Product area.

Complete the Payment Options.  If you have connected a Stripe or Merchant Account through Authorize.net, it will show up in this section.

Complete the Affiliate section.

Complete the Seller Details section.

Complete the Receipt section.

NOTE: For physical products, you will skip the Electronic Delivery section.

Complete the Physical Delivery section.

If you are shipping in the US, check the box next to “Yes, I would like to ship to the US.”  Next, you will be able to enter a Flat Fee Shipping amount for anyone in the US. If you leave this section blank, you are offering free shipping to your customers in the US.

If you are shipping outside of the US, check the box next to “Yes, I would like to ship outside of the US.”  Next, you will be able to enter a Flat Fee Shipping amount for anyone outside the US. If you leave this section blank, you are offering free shipping to your customers outside of the US.

Complete the Information Collection section.

If you would like to collect your customer’s phone number, check the box next to “Yes, I would like to collect customer phone numbers.”  Next, you will be able to either require the phone number at check out or make it optional for the customer at check out. We recommend collecting phone numbers from customers as the shipping company can use it to reach out to the customer if they cannot locate their address.

Complete the Advanced Settings.

Then click the blue Save My Product button.  Once saved, you will find your product listed under your Seller’s Dashboard.
