Once you have agreed to all the terms, you will need to sign the application with the Legal Name listed on your account and it will be submitted to JVZoo Management for further review.  If you are approved to use MOR, you will receive an email from JVZoo:

Once approved, you will need to go to your Seller Dashboard and either add a new product or edit the product you would like to have JVZoo process payments as MOR.  To add JVZoo as MOR to a product, click the edit button, then go to the Payment Processors tab.  Here you will see the option to apply to use JVZoo as the MOR for that specific product.  Simply select that option and save your product.

Your product will then be sent to our compliance team for a high priority review.  Please note products may be approved or denied for MOR and they are subject to a stricter review of the sales page than normal compliance reviews.  In addition, all products utilizing JVZoo for MOR are required to have the correct disclaimer, as found here, on their product sales page.  If this disclaimer is missing your product will be denied.

If your product is approved, you will receive notification and can begin processing payments through MOR.  If your product is denied, you will be sent back a compliance checklist of items that have to be corrected.

After your product is approved and sales are being made, you will see the transactions added to your JVZooPay balance where you will be able to withdraw them according to your level of JVZooPay.  You will be able to see all the transactions as you normally would in your seller account and process refunds accordingly.

If your product has high chargeback or return rates, you may be subject to increased rates for JVZoo to continue processing for you, or you may lose the ability to utilize MOR completely. In addition, JVZoo will deduct a $49 fee from your JVZooPay account for every chargeback made on your product, regardless of the outcome.

It is the seller's responsibility to provide stellar service of their product and to ensure the customer knows how to reach your customer support desk while also receiving timely responses.

JVZoo reserves the right to process refunds without consent from the seller when we are the MOR.
