In the event a refund occurs, PayPal will attempt to pull back the entire amount from all people involved in the transaction. If there are not enough funds in an Affiliate's account to cover the refund, the system will alert you to a partial refund before it is processed.
It is the seller’s responsibility to refund the entire amount. The seller can contact the affiliate or JV directly and request that they place the appropriate amount in their PayPal account to process the refund.
JVZoo strongly recommends using delayed payments and making commission payments after your refund period expires. Only provide instant commissions to affiliates with which you have built a working relationship.
