Pre-Approved payment plan is active but not paid

This could be a delay coming from PayPal and it may show up in your JVZoo account over the next couple of days. The delay may have been caused if the funds transfer was not instant.

You will need to contact the product owner to see if they have received funds or if the funds are on hold. You will want to include your PayPal transaction ID. JVZoo is not able to see funds on hold or payments not yet completed. The owner of the product will need to check in their payment account as they are the only ones able to confirm payment.
