Product file failed to upload

If you are experiencing difficulties when uploading your product to JVZoo, try clearing out your browser cache, as well as temporarily disabling your anti-virus or firewall software - in case it's preventing the upload from being successful. You may also try disabling any pop up blocker in your browser.

If successful, re-enable your security settings, and then download your file from the JVZoo file page. Run a full scan of the file to ensure it is safe for customers.

Remember that the file size is limited to 128 MB. Accepted file types: pdf, zip, rar, gz

If you are still unable to upload your product please try a different web browser before contacting support.
