I'm having trouble getting my product file uploaded

If you are experiencing trouble when uploading your product into JVZoo try clearing out your browser cache, as well as temporarily disabling your anti-virus or firewall software - in case they're preventing the upload from being successful.

If successful, re-enable your anti-virus and then download your file from the JVZoo file page. Then run a full scan of the file to ensure it's safe for your customers.

If you are still unable to upload your product please try a different web browser before contacting support.
