The reason you cannot access your JVZoo Dashboard is because you have not finished setting up your account. You will need to finish setting up your account before the Dashboard and other account features become available to you.
Once completed, you will be able to access your dashboard. If you have completed all the steps, but still can't access your dashboard log out of your account and then log back in. This will remove any requests from the above list that you have already completed.
