Dashboard link is not working

The reason you cannot access your JVZoo Dashboard is because you have not finished setting up your account. You will need to complete one or all of the following items below by clicking the buttons and inputting the corresponding information before the Dashboard and other account features become available to you:

  • Submit your W-9, if you listed the US as your country of residence
  • Add your PayPal or Merchant Account
  • Add your Mailing Address
  • Learn more about using GetResponse

Once you complete these, you will be able to access your dashboard. If you have completed these steps, but still can't access your dashboard log out of your account and then log back in. This will remove any requests from the above list that you have already completed.
