Not receiving sales notifications

Sales notifications will come from JVZoo and will be sent to your PayPal email address. The email address you use for PayPal may be different from your primary email address so verify you are checking the right inbox. If you are not receiving your sales notifications make sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Another way of verifying a sale is through checking your seller stats report by going to

Sellers > Reports > Your Sales or by clicking here.

You can also check the detailed stats of an individual product on the Seller Dashboard.

You can also contact JVZoo Support to ensure that emails are being properly delivered to your address.
