No response when requesting to promote a product

There are many potential reasons the seller has not yet responded to your request to promote their product. The seller has complete control over the decision process of who promotes their products. For this reason you will need to contact the seller directly to find out why they have not responded.

Affiliates who have not been approved to promote a product do not have access to the messaging system within JVZoo to contact individual sellers. To contact the seller you can look on the sales page to see if there is any contact information listed.  If you purchased a product from this seller you can look in your JVZoo customer account for their support address.
