Why Is The Status Marked Refunded When There Is A Buyer Dispute Open In PayPal?

When a customer opens a dispute, PayPal freezes those funds.  In order to freeze them on the JVZoo side, PayPal returns a status to mark them refunded.  Once the dispute is closed or settled, and that status clears PayPal, the correct status will show in JVZoo, allowing you to refund what is left to be refunded.
