My Download was flagged as a virus or harmful! What can I do?

Sometimes, anti-virus software can be too careful - and may incorrectly flag a new or unfamiliar piece of software as harmful, although it's not. Should you experience this situation, we encourage you to make contact with the vendor of the product.

If a vendor was trying to spread harmful viruses, they would be unlikely to respond to any support requests received - however genuine vendors will always seek to assure customers like yourself that their product is authentic and safe.
