JVZoo and GetResponse have worked together to build a "single OPTIN" functionality unlike any other on the internet. With most autoresponders forcing confirmed OPTINs even to your customers or having to follow certain pages to get subscribed, GetResponse and JVZoo allow you to easily set up as many single OPTIN lists as you like for use through JVZoo.
In this guide, you will learn how to create a GetResponse account with JVZoo and how to use the single OPTIN feature so customers are subscribed to your GetResponse account directly on purchase.
- On the main dashboard, click My Account and select Integrations.
- Scroll through the options and select GetResponse.
- If you don't have a GetResponse account yet and wish to create one, click here more info.
- Next steps will take you to another page so you can register for a 30-Day Trial with GetResponse. Fill out your email, name, and create a password to sign up.
- Verify your email address by logging into the email you provided at registration. The email header will read Please activate your GetResponse Account.
- If you have already have an existing account, skip steps 3 -5 and proceed to enter your API key. Your API Key was emailed to you upon the creation of your GetResponse account. Please take note that the API Key only works if you are still under trial or have paid for your account.
- Once done entering the API key, click Save Account.
- To setup single OPTIN, create a new campaign by to allow you to store all your customer's information under one mailing list. Click Create New Campaign to start.
- Type the name of your campaign then click Create New List In JVZoo/GetResponse Account.
- After saving your campaign, both your API Key and campaign will be shown on your Manage Your GetResponse Account Page. You can add more campaigns and change them by selecting the campaign and clicking Save Get Response Account.
