JVZoo is not able to process refunds for customers who have purchased through the system.
JVZoo does not have access to the Paypal accounts of the vendors in order to process refunds. JVZoo provides promotional services to the vendors. We do not accept payment from customers. All transactions and refunds are handled between the vendor and purchaser.
You must contact the vendor or their support in order to request a refund. You can find the vendor's support desk information on the product access page in your JVZoo customer account.
If you are not receiving a response from the support address listed, you can attempt to contact the vendor directly at their Paypal address (which is marked receiver on your transaction receipt).
