Transfer products to a different account

To transfer a product from your account to another account, click on the following link : Product Transfer

When requesting a product transfer:

  • All affiliate relationships including, but not limited to custom commission rates, custom sales page and comments from the affiliates will be moved to the new owner's account.
  • All stats (good or bad) associated with the product will be removed from the current account and added to the new owner's account.
  • All past transactions will be viewable, refundable and the responsibility of the original owner as the money was sent to their payment processor account.  Their lack of response could effect the reputation of the new owner with the customer and JVZoo.
  • All future transactions will only go to the new owner's account and will only be viewable, refundable and the responsibility of the new owner.
  • All existing recurring payments at the time of transfer will continue to go to the original owner.  Recurring payments are an immutable contract between the buyers and the seller at the time.  These contracts cannot be altered in any way, they can only be canceled.
  • Even though existing recurring payments will go to and be the full responsibility of the original owner, the new owner will also have the ability to view, refund and cancel those payments even though the money went to the original owner and would be refunded from the original owner's account.
  • All future payments for outstanding recurring payments will remain viewable, refundable and the responsibility of the original owner until the time the contract is canceled.

Once you have submitted the transfer, the account that is receiving the product will receive a notification to accept the transfer.  After the new account owner has accepted the transfer, the product will be submitted to JVZoo and transferred.
