To transfer a product from your account to another account, click on the following link : Product Transfer
Once you have submitted the transfer, the account that is receiving the product will receive a notification to accept the transfer. After the new account owner has accepted the transfer, the product will be submitted to JVZoo and transferred.
If the products have not been successfully transferred in 24 hours please contact Support.
When you transfer a product the new owner will be able to process refunds and cancellations and lookup payments. Any recurring sales will go to the original payment account. The payment account for recurring payment agreements cannot be changed. The only way to send funds to the new order is manually outside of the system or by having the customers sign up under a new payment agreement.
All affiliates and stats are transferred with the product.
