In the product editor, you have the option to add an Internal product name to each of your products. This is a private name only you can see. It is recommend that you label your product with a name that you will be able to distinguish from your other products. Names like OTO (One Time Offer) and OTO2 can become confusing as more products are added to your dashboard.
