The EPC is based on four points:
- Price of Product
- Net Affiliate commission
- Net number of sales the affiliate makes
- Number of times the publishers link is clicked, this includes "all clicks".
To calculate the EPC divide the commission generated by the number of clicks. For example, if you receive a commission of $20 after sending 100 clicks to the sales page you would divide $20 by 100 = 0.20. The EPC is 20 cents per click.
